Filling a prescription has never been easier! 

We know that life can be very busy and that waiting at the pharmacy is the last thing you may have time to do. Of course, we are always happy to see you in person when you come to drop off your prescription or pick it up. We’ll process your prescription in a timely manner and get you on you way as soon as possible 

We have worked to make filling your prescriptions easier to save you time. No time? No problem! We have options designed to make your life easier.

Option 1 – Mobile App

The Medicine Shoppe Canada app allows you to view your medications on record with us and  refill prescriptions directly from your phone or tablet. The app also allows you to link other family members to your account (with their permission) so you can refill their prescriptions as well! You can even access your annual expenses for tax season. 

The app also enables you to fill a brand-new prescription too. Just take a photo and send it through the app and pick it up when it’s ready. Just remember to bring the original prescription with you at pick up. This cuts down on the number of trips as well as wait times at the pharmacy. You can also use the app to read about your prescription medications as well as to view our monthly flyer sales. You can download the Medicine Shoppe Canada App through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For full features, we need to register you on our system the next time you stop in the pharmacy.

Option 2 – Automated Refill Telephone System

Call us at (403)455-9939. We’ve recently updated our telephone system to allow you to call in for prescription refills without having to speak to a team member. If you prefer speaking to a human, just press ‘0” and you’ll be connected directly to our pharmacy staff. Perhaps you’re calling after hours or you prefer to use the automated system, just press ‘1’’ and you’ll automatically be connected to our refill line. Your prescription number can be found on the top left corner of your Official Prescription Receipt or medication label (right under our logo). 

Option 3: Website

Visit us at www.medicineshoppecrowfoot.ca anytime. Our website is full of useful information and it’s also a great place to order a prescription refill! Just click on “Refill Prescription” on the top of the page and you’ll be brought to a link ‘CLICK HERE TO REFILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION’. Just click the link and complete the online form. 

We do our best to fill your prescription by the next business day. If you are out of refills, we will fax you prescriber and try to arrange refills. If you require the requested prescription sooner please call the pharmacy at 403-455-9939 and speak to a team member. Custom Compounded Medications require 1-3 business days to prepare. We will contact you when your compound has been filled and is ready for pick up. 

As a reminder, we are happy to offer complimentary prescription delivery within Calgary city limits if you are unable to make it to the pharmacy. To have your prescription delivered, please call to confirm your delivery address and payment information.
