Red Wine Isn’t as Good as it Seems

Many people have been drinking a glass of red wine every so often to help avoid what CTV News calls the “pitfalls of a high-fat diet.” However, recent studies show that resveratrol, an antioxidant in red wine, does not help people live longer, or prevent cancer and heart disease.
